We offer refunds and returns on non personalised items. If you would like to return the item you must message us to let us know the reason for the return. You must let us know within 14 days of receiving the item and the item must be returned unused.
Personalised items are non returnable, norefundable. If your item arrives broken or a mistake has been made (a mistake by us) these items are returnable. In these cases we offer to redo any mistakes or broken items. If an item arrives broken or a mistake with the personalisation you must inform us on the day the item arrives with photographic evidence.
When items are returned they must be returned using the original packaging (if possible) ensure items are packaged carefuly to protect them during shipping.
Return shipping is customers cost, we accept the cost if there is a mistake on our part.
